Enjoy your summer holidays with BPCZ! From a rare breeds weekend to arts and crafts, have some fun with us and our resident animals!

BPCZ's Wild Wednesdays!

7th, 14th, 21st and 28th August!

Go WILD this Summer at Battersea Park Children’s Zoo! Every Wednesday in August, join us for dancing, stories, crafts and games (and of course, a zoo full of fantastic animals!)

Activities include:

Zoo Moves! - 10:30am & 1:45pm - FREE with admission
Get up and get moving as you dance along to our own
animal-themed song! A member of our team will lead
you through the steps – suitable for movers young
and old!

Story Time - 11am, FREE with admission
Listen to a story told by our team members and then
meet some of the animal characters from the book
with one of our zookeepers.

Crafts and Games - 11:30am - 1pm & 2pm - 4pm, Some paid options within the cabin
Get creative with a selection of crafts and games in the Hive cabin. Drop in whenever you fancy and see what you can create!

Rare Breeds Weekend - 10th August

At Battersea Park Children’s Zoo, we are proud to take care of many rare farm breeds, such as our Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs, Bagot Goats and Sussex Chickens.
And what better way to celebrate these fantastic animals than dedicating an entire weekend to them!
Learn all about our rare breeds and their importance at our extra keeper talks, meet our resident sheep Tag and Hubie, get crafty in the Hive cabin with activities and games and enter our charity raffle to win a family goat experience (all raffle proceeds go to the Rare Breeds Survival Trust).

Activities include:

Meet the Sheep! - See chalkboard outside the shop for timings, FREE with admission
Get to know our resident Valais Blacknose Sheep Tag & Hubie in a special meet and greet.

Charity raffle! £1 per raffle ticket
Enter our raffle for the chance to win a meet the goat experience for up to 4 people.
