Spotted On Site at Battersea Park Children's Zoo - Join us!

Battersea Park Children’s Zoo are joining dozens of other BIAZA zoos in the ‘Spotted on Site’ campaign.

Our zoo is home to many fantastic resident animals, but what you might not know is the zoo is also filled with lots of native flora and fauna! By recording the wild species we see visiting our site, we can help contribute to scientific records and find out more about our local environment.

And you can get involved too in 3 easy steps!
1. Download the free iNaturalist app on your smart device (see posters
around the zoo if you need some help doing this).
2. Take a photo of any wildlife (plants or animals) you spot whilst walking
around the zoo (unfortunately our zoo animals don’t count!)
3. All photos will be automatically added to the BPCZ project page and help us gain a better understanding of our local ecosystem.
