Roll up roll up for Battersea Park Children’s Zoo’s Easter Eggs-travaganza! Every weekend of the Easter holidays, join us for story time, crafts, games and an egg-tra special opportunity to learn all about the journey of an egg into a chick – you’d be hopping mad to miss it! Plus there's an egg hunt trail and extra special animal keeper talks every day of the Easter holidays!
Easter Weekends:
Story time!
Gather your friends and family and make yourself comfy ready to listen to a story written all about our zoo animals! Maybe you’ll even spot some of the characters as you make your way around?
When: 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th 19th, 20th, 21st April
Price: Free
Time: 11:15am
Where: Decking outside Tree Tops centre (subject to good weather!)
Crafts & Games in the Hive Cabin!
Hop along to the Hive cabin for some easter-themed games and activities, including badge making and keyring making.
When: 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th 19th, 20th, 21st April
Price: Free entry to the cabin. Some paid options within.
Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm & 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Meet the Chicks!
Throughout the holidays, we will be following the journey of some rare breed chicken eggs. Come watch them in their incubator, learn all about their egg-citing life cycle or maybe even meet them once they’ve hatched!
When: 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th 19th, 20th, 21st April
Price: Free
Time: 1:45pm
Everyday of the Easter Holidays:
Easter Trail!
Would it really be Easter without an egg hunt?
As you head off round the zoo, keep your eyes peeled for some hidden eggs and mark them off on your trail sheet for the chance to win a prize!
Price: £1.50 per trail sheet (bought from zoo shop)
Time: All day every day of the Easter Holidays
Where: In the Hive Cabin

We love talking about our wonderful animals and sharing information all about them and this Easter we have some extra special guests, so join us and find out something new!

While your children are safely burning off their energy in this stimulating environment, parents and grandparents can enjoy a well-deserved respite. Relax on our comfortable seating or at our picnic tables, perfectly positioned for you to keep a watchful eye on the little ones.
