Our resident Cotton-Top Tamarins Diego and Nellie may be small, that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a BIG celebration!
Join us this Cotton-Top Tamarin day for crafts, raffles, games and EXTRA special talks all about our smallest primates.
Cotton-Top Tamarin Stall - 11am -4pm, Some paid activities offered (£1 per badge, £2 per keyring)
Perfectly positioned outside the guests of honour themselves (the Cotton-Top Tamarins, of course!) come and join us for primate themed crafts and games throughout the day, including badge and keyring making.
Cotton-Top Tamarin Talk - 12:30 & 4:15, FREE
In addition to our summer holiday keeper talk schedule, on Cotton-Top Tamarin day only we will be adding two extra talks, giving our visitors the chance to learn all about the tamarins and the struggles they face in the wild.
Charity Raffle - all day, £2 per ticket
Enter our charity raffle to win a dual animal encounter worth £80 with your choice of either our goats, donkey, white-nosed coati and armadillos.
Proceeds go Proyecto Titi, a charity supporting wild Cotton-Top Tamarins in Colombia by restoring habitats and educating the community.
