Terms & Conditions for Winter Night's Events at Battersea Park Children's Zoo
- The event will be held on three separate dates in December 2024: the 6th, 13th, and 20th. Please double-check your booking date, as it will not be possible to change the date later.
- Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Refunds are not provided, unless for any reasons outside of Battersea Park Children's Zoo’s control means we have to cancel the event, in which case a full refund will be given.
- Members are entitled to a 20% discount on tickets. Discount must be applied at the time of booking. Bookings can be made online through the dedicated member link. Discounts cannot be applied after tickets are purchased. Members must show their membership cards upon entry with their Winter Nights discounted tickets.
- Please show tickets (downloaded or printed) to the front desk on entry upon arrival.
- Ticket prices cover entry, activities and performances. Food, drink and shopping incur additional charges.
- As a special event, some alcohol products are able to be purchased on site. Visitors are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the zoo.
- We expect our staff to interact with everyone with courtesy and respect. Equally we expect our visitors to treat our staff, animals and other visitors in the same way. If we deem behaviour from a visitor to not be acceptable, we have the right to ask them to leave the site for the welfare of our staff, animals and guests.
- Battersea Park Children’s Zoo reserves the right to refuse admission, or alter these terms and conditions should the situation arise.
